Problem Report Number: T09178 Backup software is unable to backup drives larger than 4G bytes in size. Problem Report Number: T09432 The subdirectory time/date stamp is changed when writing a file to that directory. Problem Report Number: T09738 A sharing violation is received when running PDQCONFG from a Peachtree data query add on. Problem Report Number: T09890 ADSFILE returns the improper value of total disk space when volumes are 4G bytes or greater. Problem Report Number: T08404 An abend will occur with logout auditing enabled when two workstations logout at the same time. Problem Report Number: T08263 The incorrect error code is returned when asked if multiple subdirectories are present and the lowest level directory is not yet created. Problem Report Number: T08158 An Abend occurs when viewing the LANtastic Dedicated Server's print Queue with multiple workstations. **************************************************************************** RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: **************************************************************************** Log in to the LANtastic Dedicated Server with full access to the root directory from a LANtastic workstation and copy ADSKERN.NLM from the \\SERVER\C-DRIVE\SYSTEM subdirectory to a temporary subdirectory on the workstation. For example if you have your D:\ drive redirected to the LANtastic Dedicated Server and TEMP is the subdirectory on the workstation, the command would look like this: COPY D:\SYSTEM\ADSKERN.NLM C:\TEMP Execute KRN110.EXE in that temporary directory on a Workstation. Make sure that your licensed ADSKERN.NLM file from your LANtastic Dedicated Server is in this temporary directory. Run the update batch file and follow the instructions to create a licensed copy of ADSKERN.NLM. Attrib the LANtastic Dedicated Server files to read/write with the following command from the system directory of the server: D: ATTRIB -R ADS*.NLM where D: is the \\server\c-drive\system subdirectory Copy the new ADSKERN.NLM file that you just patched to the \\SERVER\C-DRIVE\SYSTEM directory along with the other .NLM files that were unzipped in the original zip file. For example, copying from the temporary subdirectory on the workstation might look like this: COPY *.NLM G:\SYSTEM Copy any *.ENG files to the \\SERVER\C-DRIVE\SYSTEM\ADSMSG directory. For example, copying from the temporary subdirectory on the workstation might look like this: COPY *.ENG G:\SYSTEM\ADSMSG Attrib the files back to read only with the following command: D: ATTRIB +R ADS*.NLM where D: is the \\server\c-drive\system subdirectory Finally down the server and restart the server, you will now be running the updated software.
